<p>An apparatus for the individual feeding of boards (9) from a first conveyor (1) to a second (2) or third (3) conveyor where the second and third conveyors are at different height positions, has a fourth conveyor (8) with a conveyance direction which, at an acute angle in the vertical direction, intersects the path (4) of the first conveyor (1). The fourth conveyor (8) has a number of transfer devices (10) which are individually pivotal (23) between protracted lifting positions where they move synchronously with the first conveyor (1) from a level below it to a level of the third conveyor (3), and retracted positions under the first conveyor. The transfer devices (10) are pivotal under the action of guide rollers (22) and a system of switchable guide rails (24, 25, 24', 25', 24'', 25'').</p> |
