A removal and installation device for external and internal snap rings capable of switching to a shaft mode and a hole mode by an extremely simple operation and having more excellent effects in such respects as controllability,workability,serviceability,and easiness in handling,wherein,when a rotary plate(12)is rotated in forward direction,a left side lever(3)is rotated as a shaft part(13)is rotated eccentrically in connection with the rotary plate(12),right and left side levers(2)and(3)are crossed to each other generally in X−shape,and the crossed portion thereof is pivotally supported by the shaft part(13)so as to form the hole mode and,when the rotary plate(12)is rotated in a reverse direction,the left side lever is rotated in the reverse direction as the shaft part(13)is rotated eccentrically in the reverse direction in connection with the rotary plate(12),and both pivot parts(2c,3c)of the right and left side levers(2)and(3)disposed generally in V−shape are pivotally supported by the shaft part(13)in the state where both projected locking parts(4a,5a)are positioned parallel with each other so as to form the shaft mode. |
