The shoe is fitted with an inner sole made of two layers (1, 2) joined with a seam (9) in the heel area and forming a pocket for the insertion of foot supporting elements. In a first version of the orthopedic safety shoe a semi-circular space (4) located at the upper layer (1) is filled with an elastic mixture of anti-static cork granules and an anti-static glue. The lower layer (2) is provided with a longitudinal positioned anti-static band (7) touching the anti-static area (4) at the upper layer (1) from below and the sole of the shoe from above. In a second version both layers (1, 2) are equipped with anti-static bands (5.1, 5.2, 7.1, 7.2) in different positions, which meet at the outer contours of the sole.
