The disclosure concerns a method for producing fermentative media comprising a step of hydrolyzing dairy resources, a fermentative media produced by the above method, and a method for producing bacteria fermentative products for food containing lactic acid. Bacteria fermentative products produced by the method of the present invention contain a large number of lactic acid bacteria; the products can be stored for a long time, and can be used for alimentotherapy.
