An optical information storage device having little crosstalk and produced at a low cost. This optical information storage device comprises a circulating data output circuit (14_1) for outputting circulating data including values repeating in units of 5 bytes; and an EXOR circuit (14_2) for operating exclusive ORs (EXOR) recorded data inputted through a buffer (14_5) and the circulating data to input the results of the operation as recording data to a RLL modulation circuit (14_3).
