A vibrating actuator device, comprising a generally rectangular housing having one width formed narrower, a base part positioned in the narrower width area of the housing and continued from the outer peripheral edge of a major part for supporting a magnetic circuit part, and two sheets of suspensions having two arm parts extending from the base part so as to be gradually separated from the major part, wherein the suspensions are assembled in the magnetic circuit part with the extending directions of the arm parts of two sheets of suspensions positioned in a same direction or so as to be crossed with each other, the projected end sides of the arm parts of the suspensions are fitted to the narrower width wall part of the housing, and the magnetic circuit part is installed so as to be vibrated by two sheets of suspensions.
