<p>The invention concerns a temporary fixing device for assembling pre-perforated wall elements of the assembling pin type characterised in that it consists of a socket (1) for receiving a rod (2). The socket (1) is provided at its end with a flange (1-1) designed to be supported on one of the walls and at its other end a tapered part forming a deformable skirt and provided internally with two bores of different diameters. Said socket (1) is externally provided on the zone corresponding to the bore with larger diameter with a weakening slit defining an incipient rupture zone (4) when the rod (2) exerts a force exceeding a predetermined tensile force and internally provided beneath or beyond the flange zone locking means (6) through plastic deformation of the material; the rod (2) is cylindrical, defined by three zones (2-1, 2-2, 2-3) with different diameters and a free end zone designed for formation of the bead (11), an intermediate cylindrical zone and a tensile zone with smallest diameter (12), the cylindrical zone with diameter corresponding to the bore with larger diameter of the socket (1) is provided externally with a weakening slit (3) defining an incipient rupture zone when the rod (2) exerts a force exceeding a predetermined tensile force. The invention is useful for assembling building elements in particular designed to be riveted.</p> |
