Prevention/treatment for pain and/or suppression of the activation and/or inhibition of the formation of osteoclasts by using a p38MAP kinase inhibitor and/or a TNF−&agr; production inhibitor. A method of relieving a P450−inhibiotry effect of a compound having a pyridyl group or its salt characterized by introducing a substituent into the &agr;−position of the nitrogen atom in the pyridyl group of the above compound or its salt, or for relieving a P450−inhibiotry effect of a compound having a pyridyl group and an aromatic hydrocarbyl group or its salt characterized by introducing a polar group into the aromatic hydrocarbyl group of the above compound or its salt.
