<p>The invention relates to the automotive industry. The inventive method for producing a tyre consists in producing a belt tread, placing said belt tread on an assembled rough carcass and vulcanising said tread belt to the carcass in a shaper-vulcanizer. The vulcanised belt tread provided with a formed tread design of a running surface is placed on the assembled rough carcass prior to the vulcanisation. The vulcanisation of said tread to the carcass is carried out in the shaper-vulcanizer having a smooth shaping surface in the area where the carcass is connected to the vulcanised tread. In another variant, in order to produce a separate tread a rough belt tread is arranged in the press mould of the shaper-vulcanizer used for vulcanising tyres whose internal surface is embodied in the form of the tread matrix provided with roots and projections according to the design of the running surface, between the tread matrix and the diaphragm of the shaper-vulcanizer. The belt tread being vulcanised and extracted from the shaper-vulcanizer, flashes are cut out and the roughing is carried out. The inventive method for producing a studded tyre consists in producing and studding a belt thread, in placing the belt tread on the carcass of the tyre and vulcanising it. A studded tyre is provided with studs inserted therein, the lower end of hard inserts thereof is disposed below the indicator of the wearing depth of the tyre.</p> |
