A microchemical system (1) enabling an improved work efficiency of the user comprises an input optical system provided in a rotation mechanism composed of jigs (20, 26) and a rotary shaft (21) and a sensor (51). A rod lens (10) is secured to and extends through the jig (20) cantilevering from the rotary shaft (21). A plate−like member (30) is disposed below the rod lens (10). A photoelectric transducer (51) for detecting the output light transmitted through samples contained in the plate−like member (30) is disposed below the plate−like member (30) and at the end of the jig (26) cantilevering the rotary shaft (21). The position of the photoelectric transducer (51) is changed by rotating the jigs (20, 26) so as to detect the output light transmitted through the samples contained in the plate−like member (30).
