<p>A clamp 21 includes a mount portion 23 mounted to an electric wire 3, and a retaining portion 25 for retaining the mount portion 23 to a mating mount portion 7. The retaining portion 25 is formed on a column 33 having a base end side 39 connected to the mount portion 23 through a rupture portion 31 which can be ruptured, and an engaging blade portion 35 provided on a tip end of the column 33 for engaging with the engaging hole 13 of the mating mount portion 7.
