<p>Improved shaving preparations for the prevention and treatment of pseudofolliculitis barbae and ingrown hair containing glucocorticoid and an antibacterial agent. Optionally, the shaving preparation may also include a therapeutic amount of benzoyl peroxide. The present invention also provides a method for preventing and/or treating pseudofolliculitis barbae, wherein the shaving preparations of the present invention are applied to the affected area immediately before shaving, during, after or in between shaves.</p> |
