The arrangement has a power case (1,2) with continuously variable transmission ratio, having an input shaft and two independent output shafts. A control/regulator unit (8) acting on the power case controls/regulates the ratio an the output shaft RPM dependent upon steering angle and/or other traveling, acceleration, and/or momentum parameters of the vehicle, independent of each other. The power case is of toroidal construction with two independent variators acting on the output shafts.
