PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy tape tearing tool easily tearing a general wound tape with no adhesive applied thereto without directly pushing a work tool toward the wound tape while unwinding the tape. SOLUTION: In a method for easily tearing while unwinding the wound tape in using the wound tape, a pair of easy tearing roll and a receiver roll disposed vertically and rotating mutually in the opposite direction at a same peripheral speed while contacting with each other in the unwinding direction of the tape are provided, and the length in the central axis direction of the easy tearing roll and the receiver roll is the same as the tape width. The both transversal ends of the easy tearing roll and the receiver roll rotatably contact with a positional deviation preventing plate, and easy tearing work blades are densely provided, at least, in the circumference of one end of the easy tearing roll.
