PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable solvent recycling device capable of recycling petroleum solvent, etc., with stain components dissolved therein such as the used cleaning solvent, and reducing cost required for recycling the solvent and disposal. SOLUTION: This movable solvent recycling device comprises a stained solvent tank 9 for storing the stained solvent with stain components dissolved therein, a distillation still to heat and distill the stained solvent fed from the stained solvent tank, a condenser to liquefy and condense the solvent vaporized in the distillation still by cooling it with cooling water, and a recycled solvent tank 10 to store the recycled solvent which are mounted in a cargo chamber 2 of a moving car 1 and piped in an operable manner, and has a draining means for draining residual solvent left in a solvent distribution passage in the device such as the condenser and the pipes, and an inert gas feeding means for substituting the solvent distribution passage in the device by the inert gas.
