PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof ventilation structure capable of satisfactorily ventilating a roof and minimizing the occurrence of dew condensation to prevent condensed water from entering indoors. SOLUTION: A ventilation box 2 is installed on a roof 1 and formed of an internal ventilation box part 3 and an external cover part 5 for covering the box part from the outside through a ventilation space 4. A vent hole 51 for ventilation to outdoors 74 is formed in the external cover part 5. A ventilation horizontal tube 6 is installed on the top part of the internal ventilation box part 3, the opening part 61 at the end part of the ventilation horizontal tube 6 is formed to communicate with the ventilation space 4, and a communication part 62 for communicating the inside 3a of the internal ventilation box part and the inside 6a of the ventilation horizontal tube is formed at the top part of the ventilation horizontal tube 6. A roof rear space communication port 31 communicating with a roof rear space 72 is formed in the lower surface part of the internal ventilation box part 3. An indoor ventilation duct 8 for indoor ventilation having one end part 81 communicating with the indoors 73 is led into the indoor ventilation box part 3 through the roof rear space communication port 31, and the other end part 82 of the indoor ventilating duct 8 is communicatively connected to the upper part of the ventilation horizontal tube 6.
