PURPOSE: A process of preparing jelly(muk, korean native name) by mixing Vigna unguiculata(L.) Walp. with one of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba and pine needles is provided. Whereby, the product has a characteristic taste and flavor of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba and pine needles, together with pharmacological efficacy thereof. CONSTITUTION: Any one of 5 to 20% by weight of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba powder and 5 to 20% by weight of pine needles is mixed with 94.5 to 79.5% by weight of Vigna unguiculata(L.) Walp. powder and 0.1% by weight of salt, extracted with 3.5 to 4 times of water at 130 to 150deg.C, and then cooled in a box having a specified shape at room temperature.
