PURPOSE: A noise reduction device of a muffler is provided to reduce the vibration of the muffler and the noise of an exhaust gas by effectively dispersing the strong flow of the exhaust gas flowed into the muffler. CONSTITUTION: A muffler comprises a case(1), an inflow pipe(6) installed at a side of the case center to flow the exhaust gas discharged from an engine into the case, a housing formed at a side of the case facing an outlet of the inflow pipe to obtain a fixed space, a side wall(22) extended from the case to make an inlet of the housing narrow, a buffing member(23) having a first plate(24) and a second plate(25) respectively having first holes(26) and second holes(27), a spring, of which one side is fixed at the inside of the side wall and the other side is combined with the second plate of the buffing member, making the buffing member to be rotated to the outside of the housing by an elasticity of the spring.
