PURPOSE: A method of raising a chicken using an earthworm by feeding the earthworm such as common red earthworm to the chicken, together with an assorted feed is provided. Therefore, the chicken meat has the same chewy texture and good flavor than that of grazed chickens. CONSTITUTION: About 3 to 5 earthworms are fed to a chicken in a chicken farm per a day for 20 days and then 10 earthworms are fed thereto for 20 days, together with an assorted feed, but the amount of the assorted feed is reduced by 10 to 20% by weight as compared to the designated amount.
