PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device which can prevent damage on a blocked face and can ensure a blocking function for a relatively long time by protecting a block ring and the blocked face of a connection pipe for pouring-in belonging to this block ring from contact with an fuel service nozzle by a protective pipe portion. SOLUTION: In order to ensure a blocking function, in a connection pipe for pouring-in 2, a protective pipe portion 11 fixed to the connection pipe for pouring-in 2 by a free end 15 of this connection pipe for pouring-in 2 and an end 12 on the opposite side of this connection pipe for pouring-in is provided for a blocked face of this connection pipe for pouring-in 2, and a storing chamber 13 is formed at this protective pipe portion 11 for a tubular short pipe 4 of a rotation closed part element 1 in cooperation with the connection pipe for pouring-in 2.
