PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacles frame satisfying requirement of more excellent fashionability, lighter weight and more strength. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the spectacles frame and the spectacles frame manufactured uses this method, in which the method for manufacturing the spectacles frame has a pellet 1 for molding made of a material, in which synthetic resin powder is blended with 5 to 30 wt.% of a powder of Ti or other metals of 0.01 to 10μm grain size, is dried in advance at 60 to 180 deg.C for 1 to 24 Hrs, the spectacles frame is molded by using a master batch system of a pellet 2 for molding, which is made of only synthetic resin and is blended with no metallic powder and further after molding, a surface of the spectacles frame is colored by one method among metal plating, electrodeposition or direct spray coating, cloisonne, cloisonne polishing, dyeing or printing. |
