PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare biodegradable polyester resin fine particles having excellent strength so as to be used as various kinds of fillers, additives reinforcing materials, or the like, and to prepare diodegradable polyester resin composite fine particles. SOLUTION: The biodegradable polyester resin fine particles satisfy the following requirements (A) to (D): (A) 70% or more particles based on the total number of the fine particles satisfy that a ratio (a/b) of the major axis (a) to the minor axis (b) is 1.5 or less; (B) the particles have a density of 1.0-10.0 g/cm<3> ; (C) the particles have an average particle diameter of 0.01-1000μm; and (D) the particles have a deformation strength at 10% compression of >=5 MPa. The biodegradable polyester resin composite fine particles are obtained by adding an organic material or an inorganic material to the biodegradable polyester resin fine particles. |
