PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such one apparatus which synthesizes cyanuric chloride in the first unit apparatus, cleans the cyanuric chloride in the second unit apparatus and separates the same in the third unit apparatus. SOLUTION: In the case of the apparatus for making the cyanuric chloride, the condenser of the second unit apparatus is adjusted to a temperature at which the cyanuric chloride is condensed and is led out in a gaseous form in the amount greater than the amount ejected from the base surface of a rapid cooling column.
