PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a core from being damaged seriously when any blade of an axial flow fan makes interference (collision) with the core. SOLUTION: The axial flow fan 310 has a ring 313 as its part nearest the core surface 110a, and the ring 313 is furnished with a plane portion 313d. This allows enlargement of the colliding area in case the blade 312 is curved and the ring 313 (axial flow fan 310) has collided with the core part 110. This lessens (relieves) the colliding pressure acting on the core part 110, so that it is possible to prevent the core part 110 from being damaged seriously.
