PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that lubricating oil or grease in a case structuring a power sprayer goes out from a breather hole to decrease internal lubricating performance and plunger seizes up, by preventing the lubricating oil from splashing out or oozing from the breather hole. SOLUTION: The case is structured by connecting a power sprayer case A, a case cover B, a plunger case D, and a cylinder head F. A plunger 3 is disposed in the plunger case D, and an input shaft 12 and a crankshaft 11 are disposed in the case composed of the power sprayer case A and the case cover B. On the inside of the power sprayer case A of a rotating periphery of the input shaft 12, plural lubricating oil spattering preventive ribs are protrusively provided, and a breather fitting hole 42 is opened on upper parts of the lubricating oil spattering preventive ribs.
