PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath heater provided with bathtub-water supply function, in which cost reduction and miniaturization are attained. SOLUTION: A running water switch 23 detects whether bathtub water is circulating or not at the time of reheating of the bathtub water. During remaining water in the bathtub is supplied to a washing machines 90 by switching to a condition b in a selector valve 67, if the running-water switch 23 detects that the supply of the bathtub remaining water to the washing- machine 90 has interrupted for a longer time than a predetermined time of circulation, the operation of supplying washing-water to the washing machine 90 is determined to be finished. When the bathtub water is to be supplied to an external part such as the water tank 101 of a flush toilet 100 and the washing machine 90 by switching the condition b in the selection valve 67, the running-water switch 23 detects whether remaining water exists in the bathtub 20 or not.
