PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a heating floor, suppress parts which need to be broken when heating floor materials constructed once are removed to a minimum, reduce the amount of waste and reuse the removed heating floor materials. SOLUTION: A heating floor material body 1 includes a heating body 4 having a base 2 and a heat generating member 3 and a surface plate 6 whose surface is dressed. The heating floor material body 1 is formed by laminating the surface plate integrally on the heating body so as to form exposed end parts 8 in which the surfaces of the heating body are exposed throughout a substantially entire length in the longitudinal direction at both ends in the direction of short length of the heating body. The heating floor material bodies 1 are laid on a subfloor 17 by butting the end parts thereof on each other. On the exposed part formed over the two adjacent heating floor material bodies, a decorative plate 12 having a dimension of width of the exposed part is mounted and fixed to obtain the structure of a heating floor.
