PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange tube support structure which enables long term retention of functions as the structure, in a condition where a heat exchanger is located in a low temperature corrosion region. SOLUTION: The heat exchange tube support structure constitutes the heat exchanger for recovering heat from exhaust gas in an incinerator. A support member of the heat exchanger is constituted of an anti-corrosion heat insulating material. One or more than two of anti-corrosion heat insulating materials are selected from bricks, castable refractory materials, ceramics, and composite materials for ceramic alloy.
