PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic electrolytic cleaning device in which a work to be cleaned and the electrode are electrically connected to each other automatically only by charging the work into a cleaning tank, without needing any operation of connecting them and the power consumption can be reduced, and to provide the electrode therefor. SOLUTION: Only a lower surface of an electrode plate 28 of an anode electrode 4 being the electrode is exposed from an insulating film and brought into contact with an electrolytic cleaning solution in the cleaning tank 2, and a conductive net-like body 3 functioning as another electrode is placed in the electrolytic cleaning solution in a facing manner via the electrolytic cleaning solution in the cleaning tank 2. The work placed on the conductive net-like body is electrically brought into contact with a part not covered by the non- conductive, insulating film of the conductive net-like body 3 naturally in the electrolytic cleaning solution. The work of connecting the work to the conductive net-like body 3 as a cathode electrode body becomes unnecessary, and since the contact area of the anode electrode with the electrolytic cleaning solution is small, the power consumption can be reduced.
