PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a coating solution causing no curing inhibition during heat curing even in an oxygen-containing atmosphere without being converted into a nitrogen atmosphere, to provide a method for manufacturing the same and a fixing material obtained by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The coating solution contains a peroxide-curing fluoroelastomer, a curing auxiliary, an acyl-based organic peroxide and a solvent.
