PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film housing case wherewith a wrapping film can be severed neatly and easily without allowing the films to stick together or become wrinkly and positioning of the film to a matter to be wrapped can be made easily with holding and moving made easily. SOLUTION: The wrapping film is severed with a cutting knife or a sliding cutter, and a sheet of the severed wrapping film is detachably held with a wrapping film holder (01B).
