PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure of a fuel tank of a motorcycle capable of disposing a drain hose without interfering engine auxiliaries, and simplifying a wiring arrangement, accordingly. SOLUTION: In the drain structure of the fuel tank of the motorcycle in which a cap 179 for opening/closing an injection hole 175a of the fuel tank 9 is disposed on the fuel tank 9 of a saddle shape across a motorcycle body frame 2 so as to be substantially flush with an outer surface of the fuel tank 9, a drain outlet 213 of a drain pipe 212 for discharging overflow fuel around the cap outside is formed in a bottom wall (an inner wall) 174a forward of the fuel tank 9, and the drain hose 210 is connected to the drain outlet 213.
