PURPOSE: A wiper having a blade of two edges used alternately is provided to keep the surface of a glass clean by using a blade of two edges operated alternately, to remove the foreign matters fitted in the glass surface and the blade edges by rotating the blade edges, to lengthen the life span of the blade edges, and to keep the blade edges clean by installing a cleaning unit in a holder cap. CONSTITUTION: A holder cap(20) has a left and a right covers(21,22) installed on both ends of a wiper support(12) and an upper cover protruded downwardly between the left and right covers. The left and right covers have fixing sills(24) and rotating shaft receiving recesses(25). The upper cover has at least one rotation-preventing pieces. A blade(30) has a rotating shaft(32) formed on each end of a base unit(31) fitted in the rotating shaft receiving recess, two blade edges protruded from the base unit, and at least one stoppers protruded opposite to the blade edges. Corresponding to the moving direction of a wiper, the blade edges clean the surface of a glass alternately.
