SOLUTION: The bead is cut and removed by providing a cutting mechanism 5 to cut and remove the bead of a working pipe on a ring frame body 1 divided into two and free to open and close, providing a plurality of pipe receiving rollers 17 to receive the working pipe free to revolve on the ring frame body 1 and revolving the ring frame body 1 along the working pipe to be supported on the pipe receiving rollers 17 by a revolving mechanism 18 provided on the ring frame body 1.
