PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stereoscopic or variable printed matter made of a non- polyvinyl chloride which is good in the adhesiveness between a lenticular lens and a sheet-like base material and is free of problems, such as peeling, by curving and bending. SOLUTION: This stereoscopic or variable printed matter has a printing segment including at least the image for stereoscopic or variable printing across a transparent primer segment on one surface of the transparent sheet-like base material and is provided with the lenticular lens by a radical polymerizable ionization radiation curing resin across the transparent primer segment on the surface on the opposite side of the transparent sheet-like base material. The transparent primer segment includes an acrylic polymer which possesses a functional group having a photopolymerizable unsaturated bond within the molecule and possesses a functional group and/or epoxy group having active hydrogen.
