PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flyweight 7b for a decompression structure, capable of reducing actuation noise caused when the flyweight 7b rocks, and improving productivity without post machining of a shaft portion 7a. SOLUTION: Resin or resin of high specific gravity is used for molding material of this fly-weight 7b of a releasing lever 7 used as a decompression component in a cam shaft. By using metal such as tungsten as filling material, the specific gravity of the fly-weight 7 is set in a range from 7 to 15. The metallic shaft portion 7a is inserted, and the fly-weight 7b is molded by injection molding, thereby integrating the shaft portion 7a with the fly-weight 7b.
