PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small turning radius against a long wheel base and to avoid the interference of a front wheel or the like with a rear frame. SOLUTION: A front frame 2 and a rear frame 3 are connected by two links 6, 7 of inverted truncated chevron shape arrangement, in plan view, enlarged toward a front side. A hydraulic cylinder 8 as a rocking means for rocking the front frame 2 to a predetermined bent angle position and retaining it to the position is provided.
