PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve installation accuracy of an instrument panel relatively to a car body side. SOLUTION: A stud bolt 12 is welted to a bracket 11 welded to a deck cross member and a positioning hole 13 is formed adjacent to the stud bolt 12. While a columnar-tip hollow projection 15 integrally molded with the instrument panel 14 is fitted in the positioning hole 13 without any clearance and the stud bolt 12 is inserted into a hole part 16 near the projection 15 and fastened by a nut 17.
