PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a fuel system auxiliary machine which can maintain high sealing performance with a simple constitution even at a low temperature. SOLUTION: A flange 15 is provided around an outer circumference of a valve container 10 constituting an evaporative emission cut valve 2. A seal member 20 with low fuel permeability is arranged between a fuel tank 1 and the flange 15, a top member 21 is provided on the top of the flange 15, and an elastic member 22 for maintaining elasticity even at a low temperature is arranged between the flange 15 and the top member 21. An annularly continuing protrusion part 26 is provided on a contact face of the seal member 20 with the fuel tank 1.
