PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible sheetlike reinforcing material excellent in execution properties, sufficiently suppressed in the adhesion failure to various substrates to be enhanced in adhesive strength, durability or the like and capable of sufficiently following not only a flat surface but also a three-dimensional curved surface or an uneven surface so as to eliminate trouble generated at the time of production. SOLUTION: The sheetlike reinforcing material has a structure consisting of a protective layer and a photosetting molding compound layer. The photosetting molding compound layer is formed from a compound (1) containing a photosetting resin and reinforcing fibers (2) and the viscosity of the compound (1) at 40 deg.C is 50-4,000 Pa.s.
