PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer molding having a foamed layer made of a specific thermoplastic resin and a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a specific hydrogenated vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene copolymer, and also having excellent contact sense, light weight properties, impact resilience, appearance, heat resistance and flexibility. SOLUTION: The multilayer molding comprises the foamed layer made of the thermoplastic elastomer composition containing (A) a thermoplastic resin having a melt flow rate of a range of 0.001 to 100 g/10 min measured at 230 deg.C and 2.16 kg load and a die swell ratio of 1.7 to 5.0 (190 deg.C, a shearing speed of 122 sec<-1> , and L/D=10/1) according to a capillary rheometer; and (B) a specific 'hydrogenated vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene copolymer, in such a manner that a weight ratio of (A) the thermoplastic resin to (B) the specific hydrogenated vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene copolymer is 5/95 to 95/5.
