PURPOSE: A method for an individual advertisement using the Internet is provided to perform a secondary on-line advertisement by performing an advertisement on an off-line using an advertising matter for a distribution and making a client connect to a web site for checking a drawing of a lottery ticket number printed on a distributed advertising matter. CONSTITUTION: An advertising matter selling server(20) sells an advertising matter set to a store(10), and the store(10) receives the set(2). The store(10) connects to the advertising matter selling server(20) using an Internet PC(12), inputs a lottery ticket number printed on the received advertising matter set, and checks a winning or not(3). The store(10) distributes a sheet of the advertising matter to a client(30), and the client(30) receives the advertising matter(4). The client(30) connects to a store web server(14) using an Internet PC(32), inputs a lottery ticket number printed on the sheet of the advertising matter, and checks a winning or not(5).
