摘要 PURPOSE: A flux filling ratio inspection system is provided which effectively inspects filling ratio of flux filled in a welding rod during production process, and in which a filling ratio calculation error of the flux filled in the welding rod is less. CONSTITUTION: In a system for inspecting filling ratio of flux filled in a welding rod on a production line, the flux filling ratio inspection system comprises two very high speed cameras(11,12) for taking a photograph of the same region of the welding rod at different angles; a signal conversion part(20) for converting a video signal by the two cameras into a digital image signal; a video memory(30) for temporarily storing the video signal supplied through the signal conversion part; a video signal processing part(50) for extracting a linear image of the flux filled in the welding rod from the video signal inside the video memory; and a control part(40) for calculating the filling ratio of the flux in the welding rod by comparatively analyzing the extracted image with a standard image through transmission of the video signal to the video memory and action control of the video signal processing part, wherein the video signal processing part performs image processing such as shading and gamma correction, resolution conversion, edge emphasis and error diffusion of the video data.
