PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a ring caulking structure wherein right hexagonal caulking can be performed one time by an upper and lower type press and is suitable for mass production, but its deviation load is small and it is limited to a part having a small load, flat hexagonal caulking can obtain comparatively high deviation load, but a entirely satisfactory value cannot be obtained, circular caulking can obtain high deviation strength, but it must be performed by dividing caulking work into several processes if the upper and lower type press is used and it is not suitable for mass production, and, swaging system caulking is complicated is processing and it is not suitable for mass production as same as above. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rubber part 3 having a core material 2 is compressed and fitted into a metallic ring 3 having a modified triangle shape in which each corner part of an equilateral triangle forms sides close to the center of the equilateral triangle. |
