PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suppressing agent for elevation of blood pressure, suppressing the elevation or reducing blood pressure, and preventing cerebrovascular disorder occurring in succession after the elevation of blood pressure and useful as a substance capable of performing a sufficient alimentation. SOLUTION: This suppressing agent includes an alimentation composition including a milk protein, a soybean protein and a lipid having the milk protein/ soybean protein ratio of 1/2 to 4/1 and a ratio of ω-3 based fatty acids/ω-6 based fatty acids of 3/1 to 1/5 as an active ingredient.
