<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object-probing method and object-probing device capable of shortening the time required for analysis, while keeping probing accuracy. SOLUTION: This method and device comprises plural, or five receivers 3a-3e, for receiving a reflection signal of the signal transmitted from a transmitter 2 and reflected by an object 5 or an output signal emitted by the object 5 itself, a first analyzer 4a connected to the receivers 3b-3d among the receivers 3a-3e for analyzing the signal received by the receivers 3b-3d and determine rough location of the object 5, and a second analyzer 4b for analyzing the regeneration range of all the signals received by the receivers 3a-3e, while limiting to the vicinity of the rough location of the object 5, obtained in the first analyzer 4a to determine the precise location of the object 5.</p> |
