PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet of which the cross-linking by an ionizing radiation can be easily and surely carried out even when it is thin and which has sufficient mechanical strengths and is almost free from bad influences due to swelling, etc., and an ion-exchange membrane using the same. SOLUTION: This composite sheet has a composite structure formed by impregnating a woven or nonwoven fabric comprising heat-resistant fibers with a polytetrafluoroethylene resin. The resin is cross-linked by an ionizing radiation. |
