PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film-forming agent which has an excellent lubricity and corrosion resistance and allows easy waste-water treatment. SOLUTION: The film-forming agent is incorporated with a silicate (A), a polycarboxylate (B), a hydrophilic polymer and/or a hydrophilic organic lamellar structure (C), a molybdate and/or a tungstate (D) and the like. Here, the mass ratios B/A, C/A and D/A are from 0.02 to 0.6, from 0.05 to 0.6 and from 0.05 to 0.6, respectively. The film-forming agent may further contain a sulfate (E), and the mass ratio (E/A) of the sulfate (E) to the silicate (A) is about from 0.01 to 0.7. |
