PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive-filler-containing cross-linked fluororesin sheet excellent in abrasion resistance, compression modulus, creep resistance, and adhesiveness. SOLUTION: This conductive-filler-containing cross-linked fluororesin sheet is prepared by molding a conductive-filler-containing uncured fluororesin composition comprising a fluororesin and a conductive filler into a sheet and exposing one side of the resultant conductive-filler-containing uncured fluororesin sheet to an ionizing radiation with such an intensity that the radiation can reach the intermediate position of the sheet and can cross-link the sheet from the one side to the intermediate position.
