PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems of an increase in machining steps, a poor appearance due to a wrinkled state at a nozzle portion, and the like, which are caused by forming complicated fold lines such as a valley-fold line and a crest-fold line at the nozzle portion in order to apply an open operating force to a pouring port of a vertical-type liquid storing container with a nozzle, which forms a liquid storage portion therein by sealing the circumferential part encircling an upper side part, right and left lateral side parts and a bottom of a plastic film or a plastic sheet and which forms a nozzle for pouring a liquid at one of corner portions at the upper side part. SOLUTION: A nozzle is dividedly formed so as to extend obliquely upward at an upper corner portion of an upper side part of a plastic film or a plastic sheet by both of a sealed part extending in a longitudinal direction on the lateral side of the nozzle and a recess formed at the upper side part and opened upward in a V-shape. At a position where a front and a rear surfaces of a liquid storing container face each other, a stripe which divides slant surrounding the V-shaped recess into right and left slanting surfaces when a liquid is poured and which forms a valley extending toward a bottom of the V-shaped recess, is extendedly formed downwardly of the V-shaped recess.
